Blepharoplasty Upper #41929

The patient, a 49-year-old female, underwent upper and lower blepharoplasty combined with facial fat transfer. Post-operative images taken eight months after the procedures reveal observable changes. The after photos show a reduction in eyelid skin redundancy and decreased periorbital puffiness compared to the pre-operative state. The upper eyelids exhibit more definition, while the lower eyelid contour appears smoother. Additionally, there is visible enhancement of facial volume in areas targeted by fat transfer.
