The patient, a 12-year-old male, underwent otoplasty to address prominent ears. The pre-operative image shows the ears projecting outward noticeably from the head. In the post-operative image taken six months after the procedure, there is a visible reduction in ear protrusion. The ears appear closer to the sides of the head, achieving a more typical anatomical position. This change is consistent with the surgical goals of reducing prominence and enhancing facial symmetry.
