Case Notes
Seven months after surgery, you’re looking at the result of a deep plane face and neck lift combined with upper and lower blepharoplasty, an endoscopic brow lift, and full-face laser skin resurfacing in a 68-year-old female patient. The deep plane technique works at a deeper tissue layer than a standard facelift, repositioning the underlying muscle and fat rather than relying on skin tension alone. Upper and lower eyelid surgery addressed the periorbital area, while the endoscopic brow lift repositioned the forehead tissue through small incisions. Laser resurfacing was performed across the full face to address skin texture. The after photo shows the face at seven months post-op.
