Blepharoplasty Upper #43416

This is a combined upper and lower blepharoplasty case in a 57-year-old woman. The upper lids were treated to remove excess skin, and the lower lids were addressed to reduce the fullness visible beneath each eye in the before photo. At six months post-op, the upper lid crease is visible and unobstructed, and the lower lid contour sits noticeably flatter.
