The upper blepharoplasty addressed excess skin along the upper eyelids, and the after photo shows the lids sitting with a cleaner, more open contour. The mini facelift worked on the lower face and jawline; in the after photo, the jaw edge appears more defined and the skin along the lower cheeks sits closer to the underlying structure.
