This is a primary rhinoplasty case for a 20-year-old female patient, shown here at six months post-op. Looking at the after photo, you can see the nasal bridge sits straighter from a frontal view, and the tip appears more defined compared to the rounder, wider tip visible before surgery. The width across the nose reads narrower at six months, with the nostrils sitting in closer relation to the bridge above them. Swelling at this stage has largely resolved, so what you’re seeing gives a reliable picture of where the result is heading, though full tissue settling can continue past the six-month mark. Results vary from patient to patient.
