Fat Transfer – Face #41924

The patient, a 60-year-old female, underwent a lower blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, and a TCA chemical peel. The post-operative images taken six months after the procedures reveal notable changes. The lower blepharoplasty has addressed under-eye concerns, resulting in a smoother contour beneath the eyes. The fat transfer to the face has contributed to enhanced volume in areas that previously appeared depleted, particularly around the cheeks and nasolabial folds. Additionally, the TCA chemical peel has improved skin texture and tone, reducing visible signs of photodamage and uneven pigmentation. These outcomes are consistent with typical results observed at this stage following these interventions.
