Panniculectomy #43703

This is a panniculectomy case in a 26-year-old woman. The before photo shows a large pannus, the apron of skin and tissue that hung below the navel. Surgery removed that overhanging tissue, and the after photo, taken two months post-op, shows the abdomen without it. The navel is visible and the low horizontal scar sits at the bikini line, consistent with where a panniculectomy incision is typically placed.
