This case involves a 21-year-old female patient who underwent rhinoplasty and septoplasty. The objective was to address structural concerns and refine nasal shape. The before image displays the patient's nasal profile prior to intervention, characterized by a dorsal hump and a pronounced nasal tip. The after image, taken 12 months post-operatively, shows the absence of the dorsal hump and a more harmonious nasal tip alignment with the rest of her facial features.
