Case Notes
This is a septorhinoplasty case for a patient in her thirties, shown at the six-month mark. Comparing the two frontal views, you can see a reduction in the overall width of the nasal bridge, with the after photo showing a narrower dorsum across the mid-nose. The tip also appears more defined from the front, sitting with less bulk than in the before image. The overall nasal width reads as more in keeping with the central facial features visible in the after photo. Swelling at six months is largely resolved, so what you’re seeing here is close to a settled result. Individual results vary.
